Hazmat 2026 will be held again at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland. The 2026 dates will be June 19-21.
2025 Exhibitors can lock in their 2025 booth until 5 pm on Friday, June 13. Current exhibitors can select other available booths beginning at 10 AM on Saturday, June 14. Contact sboon@iafc.org to request your booth contract!
If you have exhibited at past Hazmat conference, you can view the floorplan and then contact sboon@iafc.org for your booth contract or stop by the Exhibit Sales desk next to registration!
Exhibitors are able to merge 10x10 booths together to create 10x20, 10x30 booths, etc.
